Top menuitem for Bridge is not always visisble on the left

When navigating from the top node [Transfer Documentation](http://transfer-framework.com/docs/1.0/) to either [Framework](http://transfer-framework.com/docs/1.0/framework/) or [Sources and targets](http://transfer-framework.com/docs/1.0/sources_and_targets/), the Bridge link is gone from the leftmenu. Neither `Framework` nor `Sources and targets` has this behavior.
