`crystal deps` was just a wrapper for `shards install` and will be removed from the compiler in the next release (see crystal-lang/crystal#5544)

crystal depswas just a wrapper forshards installand will be removed fromthe compiler in the next release (see crystal-lang/crystal#5544).
