Why does the audit log reports the date in Unix Timestamp format?

Shouldn't it be in a more Human Readable format?

Hi Ankit,

Our design target is that the audit log will be parsed/consumed easily by
external tools. Use of unix timestamps works good in this scenario.

If you pump the data into syslog-ng, syslog-ng will prefix the data with a
human readable timestamp.

See: #14 on how to configure
syslog-ng.

Thanks Guy, I was able to configure syslog-ng to get the Human readable Timestamp.

But the problem is that we use rsyslog as a standard on all our prod/non-prod servers and it cannot be used as mentioned in #14.

I request you to consider this enhancement in future release.
