We moved to Adyen for our production environment. In general would advice against using Ogone.
The code in Github is the one we used in production though. No warranty on the code though :)

Well they are very old fashioned which i think is bad for conversion.
It doesn't integrate nicely into your design, the form validation errors are javascript alerts, it looks horrible.
