Reading through the comments of remotestorage/remotestorage.js#1319 and remotestorage/remotestorage-widget#136 now, after that will check out the code, read the docs, and try it out.
I'll also read and update https://remotestorage.io/rs.js/docs/dropbox-and-google-drive.html

On a grander scale, adopting rs-js is an important step in my multi-year plan, and I've been thinking about this moment since probably even before I started Ponder Source. The fact that rs-js is polyglot makes it ideally suitable for TUBS. Also the work on Solid Data Modules comes to full impact if it's connected to the work we did on remoteStorage Data Modules.

That reminds me, I should connect with Niko about the similarity between his recent post and the PDS Interop / Data Modules vision.

And I should think about the tubsproject/solid repo at some point.

I have a working debug setup for MyFavoriteDrinks now. It seems the Solid rs-js backend is not getting used. I need to dive into the main rs-js code, there is probably some documentation about how to understand the code.

Now using:

with logging: true and seeing:

[Sync] WARNING: Discarding corrupt folder description from server for /myfavoritedrinks/

Thanks to the source maps I can use the step debugger in Chrome Dev Tools.
