Problem
When user has the contact synchronization enabled, they aren't enable to deactivate it through the Contact section inside the settings. It deletes the contacts but they're recreated after launching the app again.

Expected Behavior
The contact sync is disabled and the contacts are removed

Fix can't disable contact sync

This commit fixes the problem that was preventing users from fully
disable the contact sync. Now when the settings are changed, they're
reflected into deviceConfig.

This commit fixes the problem that was preventing users from fully
