Use tags instead of release

Instead of using Github releases, Sisyfos will use Tags.
So check latest tag for latest release.

Sisyfos Version 2

This is a major rewrite of Sisyfos, converted from Electron based framework, to NodeJS-Express Webbased GUI.
A lot of testing has been done, and this is the version TV 2 Denmark runs together with Sofie in their new SportX gallery.

The easiest way to run it is using docker, as described in the README.md

• Preparation for Lawo support. Has only been tested with Software. As I've got no accces to a hardware desk.
