In BS customizer I suggest to place "Media queries breakpoints" together with "Container sizes" because usually someone has to change values in both sections.
If possible to move them to the top (or bottom).

@miksh7 It depends on the variable section organization, but currently it's not so easy because SemVer.

@cvrebert Any ideas about var reorganization?

It's just based on the order in variables.less.
