Supports up to National Water Model v1.2 (up through June 18, 2019).

Initial release for version 1.0 of National Water Model

Supports getting data from both NOAA and HydroShare. River index variable is named station_id, and index dimension is station. Short range forecast goes to 15 hours. Streamflow data type is float.
