When files downloaded set them creation and modification time to the time of recording.
Also added new flag
-t, when it's set like inodvr -etdownloaded file names will looks likeA-20241001-180100.wavinstead ofDA_2342_1.wav. New file names format contains the recording folder letter, recording date YYYYmmdd and recording time HHMMss.
