Intermediate release until bugfix is in upstream

This release is for twt-internal use only and to be deprecated with the coming release of v1.5 in schmittjoh/serializerschmittjoh/serializer.

The only purpose is to provide a self-deprecating way to use the fixes to schmittjoh#695 (which still pending at this time) and early access to schmittjoh#692
