The unmerged symbols
&&&and-<are in a different commit, just in case that need to be punted for a later date.I made the choice to bring the un-deprecated symbol up in the table to the other
FlatMapsymbols and to add the newArrowsymbols near theCombinesymbols, which makes the diff look larger than it really is.
