I would stick with 3.1.0 and adopt a policy similar to what we all use for Scala.js where libraries always build against latest version. |

Here is an example of an issue that would prevent me from upgrading (if I were using shapeless 3 which I don't yet): |

Let's defer upgrading to Scala 3.1 until some of the outstanding meta programming issues have been fixed |
