Same here on arm_ChromePublic.apk, Android 8.0.0, Huawei d-01K.

Updated the app to 124.0.6367.118 and encountered the same issue. Autofill functionality seems to be broken in this version, not just for the passwords but addresses and card info as well (both are turned on)

I even solved it, I just have to recompile.
