[Enhancement] Allow sidebar layer visual configurations to collapse

Problem
Layer configuration panel can grow very long and hard to scroll down

Solution
Allow different visual config group (color, radius, stroke, height) to collapse, so it is more space efficient. Default state will be collapsed.

Alternative
Only show main value selection for each visual config group. Use a dropdown panel to more customization. Requires more work.
