This is preprocessing for udpipe annotation.
Adjected sentences <s> in the same paragraph <seg> and language @xml:lang should be merged to one span:

<span xml:lang="xx"> ... </span>

Or possibly a totally different element can be used because it will be removed in the next step. E. g. <langSpan>
