Newer GOCART version (c485cbc - HEAD of develop) is available. This revision includes a bugfix #221 to enable GOCART configuration without nitrate. This GOCART version will be used for GEFS-Aerosols Ensemble forecasts to reduce the GOCART runtime in the operation.

If I directly update GOCART2G_GridCompMod.F90 in the current version I can run GOCART without Nitrate component.
But if update GOCART to version c485cbc from b94145f (current version), RT failed because of error in the threading/MAPL section. working on it.

The newest the baseline on WCOSS2 is /lfs/h2/emc/nems/noscrub/emc.nems/RT/NEMSfv3gfs/develop-20230728
Is it a baseline that includes gocart changes and library changes?
