I've run through the remainder of the course and all the commands seem to work fine running in git bash on work laptops. I'm going to merge this now just to check that the updates render correctly to the github pages.

We likely need to discuss the following potential changes to the course:

• Trim episodes 10-14
• Add episodes from linux commmand line carpentries
• Edit episode 9 to include details of creating and merging branches
