7z extract tag ultralight-sdk-1.4.0b-win-x64.7z to 'rootdir': C:\Users\xman\Downloads\ultralight.
cmake build succesfully, then enter the debug dir. run browser.exe alert 'Failed to load ICU ....'.
cp the resources from 'rootdir', still saw this alert dialog.
cp resources/icudt67l.dat to 'rooddir', still saw this alert dialog.
