Included necessary debug dlls to run the DEBUG versions build from the CI.

is this really nessesary? Or should we better add an link where the DLL can be downloaded from mircosoft?

On certain systems one cannot install the needed stuff. Therefore, it would really be helpful, if they are included and produce a comprehensive log to debug.
