Description
This PR ensures that read/write lock IDs are respected for container operations in
EntityTypeContainerService
implementations, same as they are inContentTypeServiceBase
implementations.Note that datatypes do not use DB locking (yet, anyway).
Testing this
It should still be possible to create entity containers for document types, media types and data types.
