Interesting, but looks like this transliterator is not ready to support feature iike this. I need some time to think...but looks like it requires different approach. |

The purpose of the feature is to process context dependent transliteration
like "Екатеринбург" => "Yekaterinburg". I've implemented it
on the one of russian formats BGN/PCGN that I need at the moment
