Bash script in markdown file gets partially deleted

Updating to prettier-plugin-sh 0.17.0 in our project results in prettier deleting lines from our README.md file.

This can be reproduced by adding a simple README.md like this:

curl --location --request PUT 'https://url.com/bla?q=\'hi\'' \
--header 'Content-Type: application/json'
``` 

Executing prettier on this file leads to prettier deleting the first line of the bash-snipped:

```bash
--header 'Content-Type: application/json'
```

I just realized, that 0.17.2 already fixed this issue and keeps our README.md is as, but unfortunately it introduces another problem preventing us from updating. Not sure if its connected to #441.

A Dockerfile like this leads to an error while executing prettier

For workaround, what if you set parser: sh(current default as dockerfile) explicitly for Dockerfiles at the same time?
