Would there be a chance that you write a proper unit test for the scene loader both in edit and play mode?

Would it be possible to have comments because there are tons of bits that does not make sense such as the delegates for loadprogress and the use of hashset? (why is it set up like so?)
Similar thing for the loadedscene dictionary, it is confusing as to why you have none and startup?

How would you write a function that returns all the currently loaded scenes?
