The two tests that failed here Protobuf/breakage and Tests/Code Coverage/test-rosetta also failed in #2 and #4. They are expected to fail, all is well. The commits included in this PR are to migrate the features in v0.45.4-chihuahua2 to v0.45.7 of the sdk. Those features being 1) enforcing a minimum commission of 5% for validators and 2) requiring 25% of the min proposal deposit at the time of proposal submission. |
