I suspect the previous rustfmt just didn't know what to do with GATs. |

Unclear if this counts as a breaking change from rustfmt but this should be an easy fix on our side.
Fixes beta CI. Nightly CI is also fixed by this, but nightly CI is broken due to other reasons too.
