The description texts included in registry.xml were in part copied from MDN as comments in #420, and then included as actual content in #533.

We should review all of them, and update them as necessary.

We should also probably clarify in spec whether the descriptive information in the registry file is normative. Some of the MDN-borrowed text is phrased normatively (since it is normative in JS)

Moved to v46, since we made the registry.xml not part of preview.
