I should probably change the template to say more generically « not included when these tests are developed », but let’s fix them all at once later on, not on a case-by-case basis as we happen to stare at the copy-pasted comment in one test or another.

UTC-180-C30 Consensus: Provisionally assign one Bengali code point U+0984 BENGALI SIGN COMBINING ANUSVARA ABOVE as described in document L2/24-153 [Ref. Section 8 of L2/24-166]
[185-C40] Consensus: UTC accepts for encoding in Unicode 18.0 the following 321 Arabic, Armenian, Bengali, Cuneiform, Devanagari, Hebrew, Kana, Khitan, Latin, Mongolian, Phonetic and other symbol characters for which code points have previously been assigned:
