A clear and concise description of your request.

To simplify how a user navigates to a project/venue's portal, we would like to have the root path for the project/venue point to the portal application.

In other words, instead of a user needing to navigate to the following URL to access the portal:

https://www.dev.mdps.mcp.nasa.gov:4443/unity/dev/portal

They could go to:

https://www.dev.mdps.mcp.nasa.gov:4443/unity/dev/

Another alternative is that /<project>/<venue>/ could auto redirect to /<project>/<venue>/portal.
