[New Feature]: Chain together multiple OGC processes

Describe the feature request

One approach for this would be to add SPSOGCOperator into the plugins directory to be called by other DAGs
DAG would be created by the user and specify what processes would be run
We need to figure out a way to chain the successful output of a run to the next call to a process
We would provide a sample DAG for users in documentation
Initiator framework could also be another approach for this ticket

I think the first step is to identify a specific use case of 2 OGC Processes that are now executed manually one after the other, chaining the output to the input - @mike-gangl is that available?
