Placeholder in news panel as discussed in #179.
Added a small image to give a darkened transparent background to the post title so it is more easily readable. The link for the place holder just takes you to the blog page on the site. I can change the text very easily if you think something like "Check out the blog" would be better than "Coming soon!".
