Setting idm URLs needs idm.renderAsLoggedOut() called

Before

require(['idm'], function(idm) {
          idm.setLoginURL('?LOGIN');

      });

After

require(['idm'], function(idm) {
          idm.setLoginURL('?LOGIN');
          idm.setLogoutURL('?LOGOUT');
          idm.renderAsLoggedOut();
      });
