In preparation of showcasing a curated collection of only the most significant projects using the Unlicense, do a first pass of the existing list so as to remove abandoned projects and fix any links that need updating. Feel free to tackle!

I did a first pass in a076319, generally removing anything that hasn't had an update in 5+ years.
