If approved to take courses for a minor, this is not reflected as satisfying SS/H requirements

Minor courses don't necessarily count for SS/H/TBS courses, but they can be used for Technical Electives/Concentration in 40cu CSCI/ASCS degrees. Is that what you meant? I took a stab at that in 4f842f7

Seems like the issue here in particular is ECON courses, which are all Social Science:

except statistics, probability, and math courses

so I wasn't sure how to classify them.
