Implemented a Lib/UploadcareUtil loading library, which controls what version of the API "vendor" code to load Added api initialization functionality to the UploadcareUtil Lib LazyLoading the api, not on init, but on usage (reducing RAM for instances which don't need the API) Switched configuration to Configure::load() and a stand along config file Updated readme
