Basic examples for using CUDA, some are based from the book "CUDA by Example"

For running julia.cu and mandelbrot.cu, opengl and glut libraries are needed. Make sure cmake can find your libraries.

GLUT can be installed from http://freeglut.sourceforge.net/docs/install.php
