timeStr.split(':') можно в переменную, чтобы 2 раза не сплитить

какой тут смысл от reduce, когда можно просто сложить переменные?

что тут вообще происходит? напиши комментарии, на какой строчке что делается
Например, зачем [NaN] в начале?
Где заканчивается вызов [NaN].concat(... ?
