Cache GET requests with httr2::req_cache()?

@jeffswitzer what do you think about this? Are there any situations where this could cause problems? E.g. would the URL returned by https://services.usanpn.org/geo-services/v1/agdd/simple/map expire at some point in a way that wouldn't trigger the cache to be invalidated?

This would probably supersede caching with the pkg.env environment set up in zzz.R
