Description

Style CTA section on homepage with left/right media alignment variants.

Deployment and testing

QA/Test

  1. lando retune
  2. npm run build
  3. lando drush cr
  4. Add content to homepage for CTA block, confirm style is accurate to design: https://www.figma.com/file/E70piAGXmi4UzrHs0A90cm/Vote.gov-Redesign-2024-(Master)?node-id=732%3A1166&mode=dev
  5. Switch media alignment and confirm media flips appropriately
