Description

Updates to Cypress from Depdabot.

Closed out the following prs:

• Bump cypress from 13.11.0 to 13.12.0 in /testing #781
• Bump cypress-real-events from 1.12.0 to 1.13.0 in /testing #771
• Bump braces from 3.0.2 to 3.0.3 in /testing #768

Deployment and testing

Post-deploy steps

1. cd into testing and run npm i

QA/Testing instructions

1. while in testing run the following commands npm run cy:frontEnd, npm run cy:backEnd and can run npm run cy:open and check that the runner is working - expected behavior is that no tests should fail or issues with running
