Description

Updates to Cypress from Depdabot.

Closed out the following prs:

Deployment and testing

Post-deploy steps

  1. cd into testing and run npm i

QA/Testing instructions

  1. while in testing run the following commands npm run cy:frontEnd, npm run cy:backEnd and can run npm run cy:open and check that the runner is working - expected behavior is that no tests should fail or issues with running
