Description

Enabling the Amharic language option via the local configuration. Amharic now appears as an option on the language selection menu:

1. Run lando retune in the root directory

QA/Testing instructions

1. Visit http://vote-gov.lndo.site/
2. Click the red "Select your state or territory to begin" button
3. Select a state from the list on the right side of the screen
4. On the state page, click the "Select language" button in the upper right corner. Ensure that Amharic appears as one of the options
5. Select the Amharic option, and check that the current page has been successfully translated
