Ticket - Vote-855
Purpose - Hotfix to address issue with state selector not working when hitting link
Testing - Visit preview link on a mobile device and check that user can hit drop down and select state from there.. and can also type in state and still to to page
NOTE - setting to merge into main for hot fix
