Fix "future render" (#990)

- Naming files with the date prefix THAT ARE IN THE FUTURE will NOT be rendered by Jekyll. Disable this feature since it's confusing and we're building a static site. - Remove duplicate file `solutions-by-families-for-families` that was in a subdirectory. - Removed unused space characters ` `
