How to rename a variable and all its occurrences?

Is there a way to find and replace all occurrences of a specific variable in a collection?
For example: all my requests are using a variable called baseUrl. How can I replace this to be something else (e.g. baseUrlXyz)?

In Postman this can be done using Find and Replace.

In case anyone is interested, it looks like there's no such feature in Bruno's UI at the moment. You can simply edit the collection files with an editor.
