@GraceAHall the CI process to create the PR from a new issue looks great! Could you please submit the requests/newtools.yml file as a separate pull request? That part can be merged straight away. |

Oh cool! I didn't know you could see those changes.
It will get everything except the tool section label from the issue url,
then it uses ephemeris to try and copy galaxyeu's section label if they
have it installed.
If a section label isnt added in this way, I thought we could just edit the
generated PR and add the section label at that stage manually.
Means we only have to add a section label for each tool request, rest is
automated. It'll also only trigger if a new issue is raised, and its in the
format of a galaxy tool request.
