a simple program to convert image(jpg,png,bmp) to svg it is a maven project. use Apache Batik to generate SVG. After the project initialized, run 'ImageConvertorWindow', it will show an Swing Window. Import your image file, pick the colors on the image, click 'preview' button, the svg file will show up. You can then click 'Save svg' to export the final svg file
