[FEATURE] allow tracing for strix runs on postHog

**currently there is no traces saved for a strix run**
we do not log a strix run on postHog, currently we only send custom events (scan start / scan stop)

**We need to log the llm conversation for debugging on postHog**
this allows for better identifying/debugging slow parts of the scan, this can be done directly through llmLite callbacks
