Bulk report deletion coupled with single report deletion links

Actions: Check the box next to a few reports. Click the "Delete" link next to a single report (not the bulk buttons at top or bottom)
Result: All reports checked are deleted

Expected Results: Multiple delete should be allowed only if the bulk button is used - to prevent the accidental deletion of reports inadvertently checked down the list. Seems inline actions (delete, edit, approve, etc) should only act on the items they are in-line with.
