bin/testsshould place nicely with the existing config - i.e. it should read the database config from app/config like phinx does.There should also be command line arguments to override any DB settings from the config.
And, as a final fallback, the current default DB settings in
bin/testsshould be used if no config or arguments are found.Created by aMoniker on 2014-11-06 16:16:49.
