Binary resource content cannot be retrieved through proxy

Test is Single Document without Binary
Binary content is "foobar"
Binary cannot be returned by FTK.
This test does not retrieve the binary URL.
When the SUT retrieved the URL the following error occured.
HTTP status is 400.
